Paul Clement Wilding, 53, of Greenwood, MO, passed away Monday, March 18, 2024 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital, Evansville, Indiana.
Paul was born in Florissant, Missouri on June 14, 1970, the son of John Paul & Anna Mae (Niekamp) Wilding.
Paul was the husband of Mary A. (Harman) Wilding. They were united in marriage on August 8, 1998, in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Paul was a self employed mechanical engineer in the metal fabrication business. He started his own company, Wilding Engineering over 20 years ago. He was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Presentation Catholic Church, both in Lee's Summit. He was very involved with the Boy Scouts of America his whole life. He also coached his sons baseball teams and was involved with the archery program at Presentation Church.
Paul is survived by his parents, John & Anna Mae Wilding, of Hermann, his wife, Mary Wilding, of Greenwood, Missouri; a son, Alex Wilding, of Greenwood, Missouri; a brother, Joseph Wilding, of Castle Rock, Colorado ; a sister, Susan Chorley & husband Brian, of Hermann, Missouri; a brother, Andrew Wilding & wife Allison, of Vienna, Austria; a brother, Matthew Wilding & wife Carissa, of Lee's Summit, Missouri; by aunts & uncles, Mary Agnes Wilding & husband Edwin McPherson, Mary Esther Kremer, Evelyn Niekamp, David Harman & wife Kathy, Robert Harman & wife Katy, and Rev. Father Peter Harman; by nieces and nephews, Emily Wilding, Anna Wilding, Abigail Wilding, Lizzie, Eric, Ethan and Evan Chorley, Kelly Kelsey and Sara Fishcer, and by great nieces & nephews.
He is preceded in death his grandparents, Clem & Dorothy Wilding, Ray & Anna Niekamp and Father & Mother-in-law, Pete & Betty Harman.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 21st from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.
A funeral mass will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. George Church, Hermann, with Rev. Father Peter Harman and Father Philip Niekamp officiating.
Burial will be at St. George Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Holy Spirit Summer Lunch Program or Care Beyond the Boulevard.
